Cds were made and delivered very quickly, quality is high, I have no notes and the price is far cheaper than another company I'd initially intended to work with.

I can't rate the service I recieved any higher. Hip Hop OG Blade recommended to go with Alpha. Everyone who dealt with me from start to finish were fantastic, patient and extremely helpful. The cover art process was smooth and hiccup free, with a quality result.
In terms of the audio, there was a problem with sound quality. Penny went mile on top of mile and persevered with me making draft cd burns and sending numerous DDP audio to give the finished product every chance of being all it can be.
I really appreciate you and your team and most certainly will be back.

Absolutely loved getting my debut album manufactured with Alpha Duplication. The communication was great, it was nice to talk to real and kind people who supported me in my questions and thankfully also highlighted some of my mistakes which I was then able to rectify.
Can’t speak highly enough of the company and specifically my ‘contact’ there Penny. Communication was excellent, and she was extremely helpful walking me through the process. Five stars all day long. The CD’s were delivered within the two week estimated delivery period. I would definitely use them again.

I've had three of my albums produced by Alpha Duplication and I'm as happy as always. They contact you straight away after placing an order and answer any questions very quickly. Only gripe is they sent my order to my old address, even though I updated my address before placing the order. It arrived at my old address on a Saturday, so had to wait until Monday for it to be re-delivered. Even so, I will certainly use them for my next album. Great stuff.
