Alpha Duplication, at it's heart, produces packaging solutions for a huge range of products. We are deeply routed in the UK music manufacturing industry & are renowned for our UK located CD replication lines, high quality digital print and (sometimes miraculously) fast turnarounds. Our domestic replication services are the only ones in the country & our duplication capacity for CD, DVD & USB is unrivalled.
Our in-house manufacturing gives us the ability to move faster than most CD, DVD, Blu-ray, Vinyl & USB services in the UK & it also permits us to embrace the creativity of the product packaging. We can accommodate all manor of criteria & the most common is producing multi disc packaging formats.
These multi-disc packaging formats have held 2 discs to 40 discs (possibly more) in clean, bespoke engineered packaging from our in-house teams and are always priced on application. If you have a simple 2 CD, 1 CD/1 DVD release, A Vinyl Record Package incorporating CDs & DVDs or a whopping 20 disc box set, we can work through the solution with you.
We will examine options we may already have the means for, produce physical prototyping from our art department & factory floor for the more complex projects &we offer comprehensive explanations of our manufacturing proposals throughout the process, putting you in the driving seat of informed decision making.
Can You Insert "Other" Items with CD, DVD Vinyl, USB & Blu-ray Packaging?
Of course we can. As we offer our completely bespoke packaging services in house at Alpha Duplication, we can produce solutions for many enquiries. We have been asked to accommodate products like stickers, posters, patches, badges, beer mat coasters, keyrings & such like, often producing these products in house as part of the over all package, but we can also insert supplied items from our clients into their packages. Where necessary we can produce a complete bespoke packaging concept to house these products, or simply supply dimensions of an existing packaging method we have that can be utilised for your needs.

What about Packaging our CD Products into "Other" Items
You may be thinking of a CD, DVD or Blu-ray product that is intended to be part of a multi media box set or similar being made by another manufacturer. If you require an assembly service or even a fulfillment service for such things, then we can most likely fulfil the brief, on site in the UK. We have high quality, efficient assembly & shrink wrap services within our manufacturing arsenal, as well as ample, organised warehouse space should you require.
